CHECK OUT TIME: 1100 /1200 HRS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This is a sample itinerary, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule.
• Rates are not mentioned in this package. Contact us to get the package cost.
• Price may vary if any more services get added / any change in no. of passenger.
• All sightseeing’s are weather dependent & no refunds for the same if authorities are not operating them.
• Please note that after the finalization of the tour / service cost, if there are any hike in RATE OF EXCHANGE OF CURRENCY / entrance fees of monuments / museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges, the same would be charged as extra.
• We act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters & contractors providing other services are subject to the terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
• Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the passengers etc, may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the tour.
• We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip passenger’s safety, comfort & general well being.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any unavoidable incidents. If any cost is imposed due to this , will be borne by the customer itself and not by the agent.
• Some hotels may ask refundable security deposit at the time of check in, which will be refunded in check out.
• If any passenger skips any tour or meals, there will be no refund.
• If any passenger willing to reach at some monument / restaurants etc. directly deviating the group then the cost incurred will be bear by the passenger directly.
• Vehicles are used for Point to Point basis. No deviation can be made.
• Please note that all the places you visit outside/view are subjected to availability.
• Some of the attractions may close due to some operational reasons. Please note all are subject to availability which can be confirmed in the later stage of discussion but not during initial quotes / offers.
• Security alerts & random closures may affect the itinerary.
• No refund will be provided for the unutilized services.
• The Holiday package cost might fluctuate during peak dates, due to festivals or holidays or other high occupancy dates.
• Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may add the supplement cost.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any  damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
