Day 01 : Arrival at Ahmedabad 
Upon arrival at Ahmedabad , meet our local representative and proceed to Hotel. Refresh and then proceed to visit Gandhi Ashram, Hutheesing Jain Temple, Adalaj Step well. Later visit to Akshardham Temple and witness sound & light show. Evening back to Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
[Note: Monday most ofsightseeing closed in Ahmedabad.]

Day 02 : Ahmedabad – Modhera  ( 2 Hrs / 98 Km Approx)
After breakfast, start your day little early to visit Modhera Sun temple. The 11th century temple dedicate to Sun God. A non living temple (no pooja / aartis). Intricate carving all round the temple. Then proceed to Patan, visit Rani Ki Vaav Patan. The world famous 11th century Solanki era step well built by the Queen in memory of her husband. Considered to be India’s largest step well. Proceed to Patola House. A private museum created and operated by one of the last living families of the world famous silk Patola sarees. (It is suggested that lunch be arranged at Patola House on prior booking only. The Salvi family arranges for pure vegetarian meals on prior booking only) . Back to Ahmedabad and overnight stay in Ahmedabad.

Day 03 : Ahmedabad – Statue of Unity – Vadodara ( 3 Hrs 30 Min / 198 Km Approx)
After breakfast, Check out  from the Hotel and Start early for visit  to Statue of Unity  and then proceed towards Vadodara .Check-in to the Hotel at  Vadodara.  Overnight stay at Vadodara.
[Note: Statue of Unity is closed on Monday.]

Day 04 : Vadodara
After Breakfast, check out from the Hotel and proceed back to Ahmedabad. Visit Lakshmi Villas Palace  EME Temple and  back to Vadodara / Ahmedabad Airport or Railway station drop as per schedule.

  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Room Heater Charges.
  • Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

  • Price may vary if any more services get added / any change in no of passenger.
  • All sightseeing’s are weather dependent & no refunds for the same if authorities are not operating them.
  • Please note that after the finalization of the tour / service cost, if there are any hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges, the same would be charged as extra.
  • We act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters & contractors providing other services are subject to the terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
  • We reserve the right to change/ schedule in the interest of the trip passenger’s safety, comfort & general well being.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any unavoidable incidents. If any cost is imposed due to this, will be borne by the customer itself and not by the agent.
  • Preponing or postponing a confirmed travel date may add the supplement cost.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident,death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
  • No refund will be provided for the unutilized services.
  • The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest.
  • Check-in and check-out timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels.
  • Dollar rates are applicable only to foreign nationals and Indians possessing foreign passports while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals.
  • Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the company within a week.
  • If the company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural or unavoidable circumstances that interrupt the expected course of events, the clients will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations.
  • Surcharges / Supplement cost will be applied during Peak / High Season / New Year / Christmas / or any other festival.
